Hinderbinder Ski Race

Forest Springs' Hinderbinder ski race provides cross country skiing enthusiasts an opportunity to get out and enjoy wonderfully groomed trails through Forest Springs' majestic forests. Offering a 4k race for middle schoolers, an 7.5k for high schoolers, and 12k or 24k for adults - the Forest Springs Hinderbinder offers an incredible cross country ski experience. 



 

All proceeds from the Forest Springs' Hinderbinder will go toward Forest Springs' camper scholarship fund - which makes summer and winter camp available to children regardless of their ability to pay.

The Forest Springs' Hinderbinder begins at 10 a.m. on January 20th. Join us as we ski for a great cause!

The Race Details:
 

The Hinderbinder is open to those classic and skate skiers that are middle school age and older. We will have a 4k trail available to middle schoolers, an 7.5k available to high school students and a 12k or 24k option available to adults. 


Race Itinerary - January 20th, 2018*:
 

8:30 a.m. - Registration begins 

10:00 a.m. - Classic Ski race begins

10:15 a.m. - Skate Ski race begins

10:30 a.m. - High School race begins

10: 40 a.m. - Middle School race begins 

12:30 p.m. Lunch Buffet  (included in entry fee)

1:00 p.m. - Awards 

1:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Complimentary afternoon pass to winter activities (ski and snowboard rentals available for a fee).

Event Fees:
 

The event fees listed below include a buffet lunch, and a lift ticket to enjoy an afternoon of downhill skiing, snowboarding or tubing (ski and snowboard rentals available for an additional fee).

Middle School & High School races - $15
Adults registered before January 13th - $35
Adult registered on/after January 13th - $50
Spectator meal ticket - $6

* T-shirts will be guaranteed to those adults who register before December 31st. Middle and high school students will not receive a complimentary t-shirt, but can purchase one for an additional fee at the race. 

All proceeds for this race will toward Forest Springs' camper scholarship fund, which makes it possible for kids to come to summer and winter camps programs regardless of their ability to pay.
